Degrassi Rocks the Band
As my roommate and I watched Degrassi High (the old skool one, of course) today for our Brunch-xtravaganza we noted how they really knew how to rock the Band. Maybe this is where the original inspiration came from. And it was subliminal all along. Who knew? All I can say, is if I can rock the 'band like Lucy while speaking out for woman's causes, I will be totally content with life and won't have to resort to actions taken by a certain puffy-shirt-wearing, dramatic-making, fake French pretentious name-having crazyface.

Headbands in the "News"
Liz tipped me off to this groundbreaking news article about headbands. I have to admit that although I thoroughly enjoy the show in question (uh, did you see the last episode?? I mean, they went there in a way I thought only Degrassi was capable of!) I am a little upset to be part of a trend. However that blue sparkly band that Jenny rocked in a recent episode is a real thing of beauty.
Day 20 of solid headbandin'! I will probably break the cycle soon. I'm wondering though, will it count if I don't wear one all day, but just at night? If it would count, we can keep this thing up FOREVER!

Meet the Bands: Mossy
Mossy
Mossy is the intellectual of the bunch. One can most often find this little lady with her head buried in a book or writing in her journal. This cultivated crackerjack loves spending her Sunday mornings with the New York Times, a cup of coffee, and the gentle din of NPR in the background. Our little thinker!
